Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Once we have received your order, you will get an order confirmation via our website. We will send you an email once the order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number. We aim to dispatch within 24-48 hours of the order. Your parcel will be sent via a 48 hour courier service (UPS, DPD). Our standard set delivery charge is £3.95 for the UK and £20 for all international delivery, which is added at the checkout. Alternatively, we offer a click and collect service in our store in St Margarets, which you can select at checkout.

International Delivery- please note you may be liable for local taxes and duties when ordering items from the UK.

Returns For Online Orders
We understand that you may wish to return your item/s. This should be done within 7 days from the date you receive it. We like to pay our sellers as soon as we can, therefore we'd like to resell any unwanted items as quickly as possible.
Please send an email to secretwardrobeclothing@gmail.com to let us know that your item will be returned.
Please include your order number, name and telephone number. The cost and transit of the items are your responsibility, therefore we suggest you use a tracked service in case your parcel gets lost. Refunds will only be offered on unworn and unmarked items with their labels still attached.
Our return address is: The Secret Wardrobe, 22 Crown Road, St Margarets, Twickenham, TW1 3EE. Refunds are usually processed within 2 days of receiving the item back, however may take longer to show up on your bank records. Please feel free to bring your returns in store, where we will process your refund back through the system via the payment method originally used..
